Shipping & Delivery
1. How long will it take to receive my order? For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days , depending on your location and customs processing.
2. Is shipping free? Yes! We offer FREE shipping across Pakistan on all orders over 5,000 PKR . For orders below this amount or for international destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. Do you ship internationally? Absolutely. We ship worldwide. Please note that any international customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Can I open my Cash on Delivery (COD) package before paying? As a matter of policy, courier agents are not authorized to allow packages to be opened before payment. If you have any concerns after opening your parcel, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Exchanges & Returns
5. What is your return policy? We have a strict no-return and no-refund policy . We encourage customers to review their choices carefully before confirming their order.
6. Can I exchange an item?
* Domestic: Yes, you can exchange unused items with tags intact within 3 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs.
* International: All international sales are final and cannot be exchanged due to high logistics costs.
* Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be exchanged.
7. What if I receive a damaged or faulty item? Quality is our priority. If a manufacturing fault is proven , we will resolve the issue. For international customers, we will offer appropriate compensation or a resolution to ensure you are not at a loss. Please contact us with your Order ID and photos of the fault within 48 hours of delivery.
Managing Your Order
8. Can I cancel or modify my order? You can modify or cancel your order during the confirmation call from our team. Once an order has been reconfirmed and dispatched, it cannot be changed.
9. How do I track my order? Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a Reference Number via SMS or Email. Use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.
